Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in office per week
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our quality engineering team in Pune. This role requires strong hands-on manual testing expertise, deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, and the ability to work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based product managers, developers, and QA teams on a daily basis
- Perform detailed root cause analysis and assist in debugging issues across environments
- Validate application behavior across different operating systems and environments
- Ensure high-quality releases by identifying risks early and driving defect resolution
- Continuously improve test processes, documentation, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Solid experience working in Scrum / Agile testing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very comfortable working directly with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders
- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux/macOS environments
- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to overlap working hours with U.S. teams as required
- Based in Pune or willing to work from Pune (mandatory)

- Exposure to or interest in AI-driven testing tools or emerging QA technologies
- Experience working in product-based companies or fast-paced Agile environments
