We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR admin. As an HR admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, helping to maintain employee records, and providing general support to the HR team.

Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as drafting correspondence, maintaining HR databases, and preparing reports.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Assist in benefits administration
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, event management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Requirements
Master’s degree in HR .
Smart candidates with proven experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent in multitasking, coordinating, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands on experience/Knowledge of Zoho/any HRMS portal
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills.
