Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Sr. Python -AI Lead to drive the development of AI-powered solutions using Python and cutting-edge machine learning frameworks. As a Python AI Lead, you will lead a team of engineers, design scalable AI systems and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the development of AI/ML models and algorithms using Python and associated frameworks. 
• Design and implement robust, scalable and efficient AI pipelines for production environments. 
• Guide the team in leveraging Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.) to solve complex business problems. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Conduct code reviews, optimize AI/ML pipelines and ensure best practices in model development and deployment. 
• Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and Python frameworks, introducing innovations to enhance the team's productivity and the organization's capabilities. 
• Ensure data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data integrity for training and deploying machine learning models. 
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support. 
• Deploy, monitor and maintain AI models using MLOps principles on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. 
• Promote ethical AI practices, focusing on fairness, explainability and bias mitigation in deployed models. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field. 
• Programming Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas, etc. 
• AI/ML Experience: Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision models. 
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for AI solutions using Flask, FastAPI, or Django. 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure for AI/ML workloads. 
• Proficiency in handling databases (SQL and NoSQL) and working with large datasets. 
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and optimization techniques. 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML. 
• Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop or Kafka is a plus. 
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of AI solutions.
