Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for various positions within our organization. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing interview questions and materials for hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs and campus recruitment activities as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- More than 5 years in technical recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical recruitment, is a must.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
