About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our project delivery team in Pune. This role requires strong end-to-end delivery management expertise, proven multi-project leadership, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of client deliveries across multiple engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead a portfolio of projects and guide Project Managers in execution planning, tracking, and risk management.
  • Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance standards, and delivery processes.
  • Standardize project initiation, estimation, risk management, reporting cadence, and change request processes.
  • Build project dashboards and provide portfolio-level visibility to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular delivery reviews, health checks, and internal audits.
  • Proactively manage scope, expectations, and escalations to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and manage cross-project dependencies.
  • Mentor Project Managers and emerging delivery leaders, foster accountability, and build delivery capability maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong experience leading or working within PMO structures.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in multi-project coordination, risk & dependency management, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Comfortable working with reporting tools, dashboards, and MIS systems.
