Neova Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Mid Level Business Development Executive to assist us in growing our client base. In this role, you will collaborate with the Sr. BDO and CEO of the company to develop and implement a successful sales strategy. The objective is to generate consistent financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating strong relationships with clients.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Work Mode: Hybrid (Once a week) Due to shift timings


Responsibilities & duties:

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
  • Cold-call and personalized emailing to qualify the lead, and identify decision-makers to begin the sales process.
  • LinkedIn Connection building and outreach activities to schedule business meetings.
  • Explore the Database provider platforms to extract the relevant contact information.
  • Research and maintain lead generation database.
  • Conduct customer research or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information/work reports to the Manager.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
  • Should be able to achieve assigned Lead and revenue generation targets.  

Skills required:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling and personalized emailing.
  • Should have a good understanding of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to qualify potential accounts and prospects.
  • Experienced in approaching North American and Europe-based decision-makers.
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases.
  • Proficient in creating Sales Projection Reports and target accounts profiling.
  • Good understanding of using Data Provider Platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, and Lusha.
  • Basic understanding of using CRM and Communication tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and MS Teams.
  • Experience working with North American companies (preferred).

Qualifications experience required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3 to 4 years experience in Lead Generation profile.
