Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for various positions within our organization. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and availability.
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing interview questions and materials for hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs and campus recruitment activities as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role is a must.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
